NJMU School of Public Health traces its origin from the Department of Public Health of National Jiangsu Medical  College   founded   in 1940. With the development  for more than 60 years, the school has now established 1 center for postdoctoral program in Public Health and Preventive Medicine, 3 Ph.D. programs and 6 MS pro-grams as well. So far, there are over 100 faculties and staffs wo-rking in the school, and about half of them obtain professor and associate professor.In addition, about 120 students in Ph.D. and M.S.programs,170 students in MPH program, and 500 undergradu-ates study in the school.
